Steve Nawahine, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA), brings to Islands a unique blend of leadership, vision, and knowledge and over 25 years of directing, motivating, and initiating positive change in the health care industry.  Working parallel to physicians, boards of directors, and policy makers, his successes include working as the CEO/Administrator for several Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Communities in both Hawaii and the Mainland. Under his tenure these communities have received several prestigious awards in the Health Care industry. Outside of work, Steve, a father of six is an active leader in his church and enjoys coaching and spending time with his family.
